I stopped to hitchhike a few days ago and didn’t realize I was standing on top of a mound of fire ants. My feet were torn to bits by the little buggers. A nasty rash developed two days after the bites and this is what my feet look like now.
(I took this shot with a flash to flatten out the appearance of the pustules so I could spare children from having nightmares.)
